Mô tả Công việc

A. Strategy and Planning

Participate in proposing and execute strategy and plan of the company, including:

- Catch up the new trends of retail industry, ecommerce, competitors;

- Optimize the Organization Chart structure and organizational resources (TO, PO);

- Coordinate with departments to set up, implement their target plan as well as proposing solutions.

Cooperate with external partnerships (market research, banks, ecommerce, etc) to enhance the Company’s brand, performance as well as increase the customer’s experience and convenience.

B. KPI evaluation and Incentive

- Coordinate with department to set up Target, KPI for each departments, given the most motivation for all staffs/teams/departments.

- Evaluate the KPI achievement of departments, based on target and actual performance.

- Proposing the timely and deserved incentive;

- Calculate monthly and yearly incentive of stores and MD teams based on current target and performance.

- Set up Records target for incentive of stores an MD teams.

- Other incentives as requested by GD.

C. Reporting

- Support to organize BOD meetings and other meetings.

- Keep track the implementation of GD’s requests from departments/teams.

- Conduct ad-hoc reports, requested by Team leader, Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Minumum 1+ year experience in relevant Job

- Bachelor degree from Business/Finance/Accounting/Marketing major

- Good in numerical and logical thinking

- Good analytical skills, good communicated ability

- Communication skill

- Time management

- Ability to present and persuade

- Good at Excell, Powerpoint
