Mô tả Công việc

- Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a GA Manager in Dong Xoai 1 Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc,
- Be responsible for all administration activities in factory
- Ensure Office facilities are in good condition and ready for use and be controlled.
- Ensure sub-contractors’ employees are follow company rules & regulations
- Manage and supervise all security, cleaning, dormitory, Immigration procedure... activities
- Plan, organise, and lead the GA team as part of a HR/GA management team
- Continuously evaluate and develop mid and long-term policies within General Affair, Safety, Purchasing and compliance with standards
- Managing and controlling other department activities as required.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as discuss detail in the interview
- Salary agreement

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Male or Female, Age 35-42
- Bachelor Degree or higher in related fields.
- At least 5 years up experience in Human Resource, General Affairs , Employee relation and Union Related to production.
- Knowledge in Labor Law, Labor Relation Act.
- Good English language skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and timeline.
