HCM

Planning Intern

1. Duration: 6 months

2. Location: HCM Brewery (170 Le Van Khuong, Thoi An Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

3. Job description:

• Provides clear and accurate information on scheduling performance

• Support monitors the Scheduling process

• Prepare, check and follow up the execution of Purchase order (PO) from ordering time to end-user receiving to ensure materials and imported finished goods (FGs) are supplied OTIF.

• Maintain and update documentation for audit purpose (both internal and external).

• Collect, prepare and complete customs documentations for imported/exported FGs

4. Required background:

• Knowledge of supply planning and scheduling

5. Working day: 5 days/week

HR Intern

1. Duration: 4 months

2. Location: HCM Brewery (170 Le Van Khuong, Thoi An Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

3. Job description:

• Support organize DAL tests, including delivering test links, results…

• Support to set up online training activities for newcomers

• Building up some e-form on reporting relating to training

• Support data collection: Monthly training records, Monthly training report, Monthly BCS report ... verified by scope owner

4. Required background:

• College or University degree

• Office skill and English Skill

• Ability to work in team

• Data collection and analysis thinking

• Organizing and planning skill

5. Working day: 5 days/week

Brewery Service Intern

1. Duration: 4 months

2. Location: HCM Brewery (170 Le Van Khuong, Thoi An Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

3. Job description: Set up the system of Brewery office via applying digital to decrease admin work in the office.

4. Required background: good at MS office: excel- VBA coding, PP…; Power BI, application in MS.

5. Working day: 3 days/week

Data Analytics Intern

1. Duration: 6 months

2. Location: Head office (18-19 Floor, Vietcombank Tower, No 5, Me Linh Square, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

3. Job description

• Conduct data collection and analysis using SQL and Python

• Develop and automate dashboards, analyses and reports to support business functions

• Collaborate with a team to make data driven decisions

• Assess KPIs, perform root cause analyses, be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations of these KPIs

1. Required background

• Currently studying in a recognized university, preferably major in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

• Ability to manage a large amount of data meticulously

• Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R (or other tools for statistical analysis), and data visualization tools a plus

• Experience in data analysis and data collection required

2. Location: Vung Tau Brewery (My Xuan A Industrial Zone, My Xuan Commune, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria- Vung Tau Province, Vietnam)

3. Job description:

- Format training material & presentation

- Organize & coordinate training course

- Supervise & support training class

- Support to collect data and make a report as assigned by L&D executive

4. Required background:

- 3rd year & end-year students from economic, HR, social sciences industry and having passion in training activity is preferred

- Good at MS office, Google form

- Good communication in English is a plus

5. Working day: 5 days/week

TIEN GIANG

Learning & Development Intern

1. Duration: 4 months

2. Location: Tien Giang Brewery (My Tho Industrial Zone, Trung An Commune, My Tho City, Tien Giang Province, Vietnam)

3. Job description:

L&D:

• Lead key people upskill activities:

  • English club/EF learning/Duolinguo challenge

  • Promote LXP (Learning Experience Platform) campaign to build a self-study learning culture

  • Support to coordinate classroom trainings ( eg. preparing participant list, room arrangement, logistics, updating training records...)

• Support organizing DAL test eg. deliver test link, results etc.; design detailed data form (as instructed and verified by job scope’s owner)

• Support data collection & report such as monthly training report, monthly BCS report

HR:

• Review and summarize key points of current HR policies

• Inspect certifications and merits for employee’s children scholarships

• Support HR service activities eg. double-checking sick leave and beer gratis

• Collect and consolidate recruitment data for SC South

4. Required background:

• Project management & reporting skills

• Good learning agility

• Strong teamwork & ownership of responsibilities

• Proven leadership skills and extracurricular involvement is a plus
