Company Profile: International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international securities company. Our client is seeking IT Manager. This job is based in Hanoi.

Job Summary: IT Manager is responsible for managing IT Department; develop policies and improve effectiveness of IT and MIS system. This is one of the key members and an essential role to the company.

Job Responsibilities:

· Guide IT team on developing strategies for IT systems

· Manage strategic policies within project’s lifespan to be in line with result while using and effectiveness bettered through IT and MIS system

· Develop information security policies and perform duties for the company data security and integrity

· Build up the plan for disaster recovery, perform duties of a disaster recovering moderator and manage all IT risk related

· Ensure the technology compliance to be in line with the standards and policies

· Manage the enhancement/amendment of accounting, trading software and the current online system of the company

· Manage the procurement and maintenance of both software and hardware items of the Company

· Provide training to staffs at IT departments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 3 years experiences for financial services companies.

• CCNA certificate is a MUST

• Working experience in securities or related field is advantageous (not mandatory)

• An excellent communicator, good at English.

• Demonstrate strong leadership in managing the team and project management.

• Being proactive and able to work independently with professional integrity and high ethics
