Mô tả Công việc

- Analyze and implement the direction of Leadership Team for the entire team of Area Supporting Pharmacists, ensuring that the Area Supporting Pharmacists operate effectively in the area in charge.

- Support the National ROD to ensure the Pharmacity Pharmacy comply with the GPP regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

- Receive and implement the direction of Leadership Team for the entire team of Area Supporting Pharmacists, ensuring that the Area Supporting Pharmacists operate effectively in the area in charge.

- Assist the National ROD to ensure the Pharmacity Pharmacy system operates by the principles of Good Pharmacy Practice standards (GPP) of the Ministry of Health and other departments.

- Assist the National ROD to analyze medical trading needs and propose a list of drugs to the system of stores.

- Be in relation and keep good cooperation with local health authorities and support local team to deal with them when needed.

- Be in relation with pharmacist school and sponsoring program.

- Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.

- Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor and above, has Pharmaceutical Practicing Certificate.
Specialized in Pharmacy, mastered the knowledge of Pharmacology and medical consulting.
Good at English (reading and writing skill).
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, …)
At least 3 years in the Pharmacy or Medical departments of the hospital.
Experience in the pharmaceutical retail industry.
Experience in pharmacy appraisal and operating GPP standards.

Essential Capabilities:

- Understanding pharmacology, regulatory documents of GPP.

- Team management skill.

- Problem solving skill.

Additional Notes:

- Understanding of the company's business model.

- Ability to advise and coach staff.

- Create the trust of employees.

- Be responsible for solving arising problems.

- Make suggestions for situations to happen.
