Mô tả Công việc

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Analysis and Monitor the monthly KPI and provide the improvement activity. (Productivity, Attendance, Material Scrap, Operator Performance, Quality)
Can work in shift 1 and shift 2

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor or Engineer in Food industrial or equivalent
Has min. 2-3 years of production supervisory experience
Knowledge in Food Processing, Packaging, Beverage manufacturing environment will be an advantage
Experience doing production planning, and coordination work with Planning and others team advantageous
Experience with ISO, HACCP, BRC system will be advantageous
Computer literacy is required, min. Knowledge Microsoft excel and word
English skill is enough for communicate
Can work overtime when have request
