Mô tả Công việc

OBJJECTIVE:

Responsible for reviewing, evaluating effectiveness and validity of HR operational policies and revise/ update such policies to ensure the effectiveness of HR operations, compliance with the Law and VPB FC’s regulations

COMMUNICATION:

Internal: Risk Management Division, Legal & Compliance Center, Union, Other units in internal HR - Consultation on the development of HR operational processes, regulations, policies and documents

External: Labor Department - Register VPB FC’s HR internal policies / Explain the policies when there are a labor inspectors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review existing HR Operational Policies in the context of the Law and VPBFC’s regulations, identify necessary changes, recommend abolition of obsolete documents, update the current documents.
  • Propose, design and develop HR operational policies to ensure the effectiveness of HR operations, compliance with the Law and VPB FC’s regulations, align with HR action plan in consultation with the related Business Units.
  • Coordinate with related Business Units to get inputs, revise and issue HR internal templates/ regulations
  • Develop systematic feedback mechanisms for evaluating policy impact and effectiveness, and mechanisms for respective policy updates and changes, taken into account evolving organizational goals and needs.
  • Provide advice, study and give the explanation where necessary, of HR Operational policies and procedures, taking into account of Law, internal VPBFC regulation, past practice and precedents. Ensure the consistent application of HR policies throughout the Organization. Maintain a log of waivers and precedents to add to the revised version if needed
  • Training, communicate, monitor the implementations of HR related internal regulations.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management, Law
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in human resources, including 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good communication, good writing;
  • Understanding in Labour Law;
  • Good Problem Solving Skill;
  • Employee Relation Solving Skill;
  • Good presentation skill
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Works independently and effectively with all BUs;
  • Always propose initiative and drives high levels of performance management;
  • Proactive in work, sets goals within area of responsibility;
  • Able to work in high pressure environments
  • Able to do multi tasks at the same time
