Company Profile:

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational retail & ecommerce corporation. As the business keeps developing in Vietnam, our client is seeking a potential candidate for Senior Key Account Manager for Logistic Department. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The dedicated Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for holistic customer management across service lines of one or multiple business units while working at a customer headquarters, supply chain or site-specific location. This position is Director level in Vietnam area and will report to APAC Supply Chain Head.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact with customer to understand and satisfy customer needs, monitor customer expectation.

- Provide tailor-made solutions to customer based on different requirements.

- Handle customer requirements and complaints to improve customer satisfaction.

- Communicate with operation team and other supporting functions to optimize all the resources internally and externally.

- Develop strong relationships with both company and customer leadership.

- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement targets.

- Manage program action items, document processes, and create accountability for team.

- Correspond with Company team across all operations and work collectively to manage client expectations and the holistic customer supply chain.

- Correspond with client(s) to capture and document business changes and dynamics to assist with internal change management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 10 years experiences in Supply Chain, Domestic Supply Chain or Logistics companies.

- Solid understanding of the principles of supply chain management.

- Great communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.

- Excellent presentation and consulting skills.

- Good Knowledge and skills of Logistics Solutions Design, budgeting, financial reporting, costing, tendering and cost analysis.

- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers business and requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic.
